Cookie orders must be paid in full before an order is processed. I can not reserve your Date request until payment is received.

Returns and exchanges: I do not accept returns or exchanges. All cookies are made to order and perishable. Therefore, all sales are final.

Each cookie is hand crafted and customized to your specific colors and theme. For this reason I do not offer discounts or an exchange of service(s).

Cancellations: I do accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost.

The safe and timely arrival of cookies is very important to the buyer and me. I do everything possible to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as they leave my bakery and each order is packed with the utmost care. Cookies are mailed a week before your event's date using USPS Priority Mail 2-4 day delivery. Once I pass custody of your package to the postal authorities I can no longer be responsible for the safety of your items.
